- Sale and custom-ordered items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or do not correspond with the item presented on our website.
- Full-priced items (other than custom-ordered items) purchased online may be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund provided they are returned within 7 days from delivery and are in original condition with any tags still in place.

- We take no responsibility for items lost in transit. Costs incurred for the return shipping of an item to us are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or does not correspond with the item presented on our website.

- Shipping Info
- Delivery charges within the South Island of New Zealand are set at a flat rate of $15. Delivery charges within the North Island of New Zealand are set at a flat rate of $20. At this stage, we do not offer shipping outside of New Zealand.
Please note that the above delivery charges exclude our custom-ordered rugs which will incur a delivery charge of $20 within the South Island of New Zealand and $30 within the North Island of New Zealand. - We offer “click and collect” from our studio at 7 Theodosia Street, Timaru. If this option is selected at the checkout, you will receive an email from us as soon as your item is ready for collection.
- We will process your order as soon as possible during standard business hours. Estimated courier times are 1 – 3 business days for South Island and 3 – 5 business days for North Island. Rural deliveries will take an additional 2 – 3 business days. Please keep in mind that these courier times do not include order processing time. We will email you a confirmation that includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that the above timeframes do not apply to our custom-ordered rugs. Our custom-ordered rugs have a delivery time of approximately 2 – 4 weeks but are dependent on international freight timeframes.
- When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.
